1. How Long have you been training here?

 -I have been working out here since 2012.

2. What has been your biggest improvement?

 - Physically over time I have become much stronger and more balanced.

3. What would you say to someone to inspire them to join?

 - That they have great trainers, Julia is amazing, they really make it for the individual.

4. What is the most important motivation for you at Top Form?

- The steadiness, that steady improvement because you are always growing and improving. I like the Super Sets because after a month you realize they weren't that bad and are ready for new ones. 

5. How does Top Form Training help you with your daily life outside of TF?

 -The Camaraderie that we have with one another but not just clients also the friendships that we have together. It's like we are all one big family just trying to stay healthy.

TopForm is the leader in Performance Training for young to Pro Levels.  With over 30years experience training all levels of Sports; performance training is our passion.  This type of training is quite different when training the young.  Levels need to be achieved in various domains and tests before moving up...otherwise injury and stagnation may occur.  We are the SATs of the Performance World.  By using over 15 different Strength, Speed and power Tests we can keep track of your daughter and Son's Progression.
