Certified Athletic Trainer Services (ATC)

• On-site, Certified Athletic Trainer following the NYS Education Department rules governing the profession

• A wide variety of contracts and riders are available to meet each school district's needs

• Our one day/week injury clinic with available rider options has become a coveted layer of liability protection for small school districts

• Larger school districts will want to seek a full contract and have the availability of services expanded for their larger population of student-athletes

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

• Many school districts combine the ATC/CSCS position for budget reasons

• Top Form, Inc. has responded to school district needs by offering a combined employment package:

  • the school athletic trainer will double as the strength and conditioning coach for all programs

  • depending on facilities, the position may even entail supervision of the fitness facility!

CPR/AED and First Aid Training Classes for General Staff

• Top Form, Inc. has multiple contracts with local school districts to assist them in -complying with NYS Education Department regulations
